If you are new to town or have a new dog(s), you can complete the Dog License Application, include copy of proof of spay/neuter certificate and a copy of proof of valid rabies vaccination along with your check payable to the Borough of Waldwick via mail or drop box located outside of the Administration Building along the pedestrian corridor.

Once we process your payment, your 2023 dog(s) license(s) will be ready for pickup. If you are renewing your dog license(s) but are required to provide proof of valid rabies vaccination, same procedure as above but also include a copy of the valid rabies vaccination. If you are renewing your dog license(s) and the rabies vaccination is still valid, kindly return the bottom portion of the invoice with your check made payable to the Borough of Waldwick via mail or drop box located outside of the Administration Building along the pedestrian corridor with your check payable to the Borough of Waldwick. Renewals received after March 1st will be assessed a $10 mandatory late fee. A rabies vaccination is not valid if the expiration date expires prior to November 1, 2023.
